What transition from Vines to Sylva provides the most effective continuity of protection?

Good morning, I'll be changing next week's Vines contraceptive pills to Sylva. On the leaflet of Sylvie tablets, on the one hand, it is written that you should start taking them after you have finished taking the previous tablets with active substances, and on the other hand that you can start taking Sylvie after placebo days. Is it possible to say that any option to take Sylvie is better? Can I take a few days break from the tablets (in the case of Vines it was 4 days placebo), wait for withdrawal bleeding and only then start taking Sylvie? That way I would start Sylvie on the same day of the week when I started taking Vines. Or is it better not to take a placebo break between the two tablets? Thank you
