Wśród działań niepożądanych leku Clatra nie opisano zmniejszenia libido, czy impotencji. Lek może powodować osłabienie, zmęczenie, senność, co pośrednio może zmniejszać ochotę na seks.

Choć opisane przez Pana działanie niepożądane nie zostało ujęte w informacjach podanych przez producenta, reakcja na leczenie jest indywidualna i spadek libido może być związany z prowadzoną terapią.
