Does the low temperature affect the effectiveness of the Polaring disc?

Hi, I have a question about krazkow polaring, I left them in the bag in the car for the night where the temperature of nq dorze was about 0 degrees celcjusza or in this case I can still use them, have not lost their effectiveness?
