Does the serum with 20% vitamin C affect the effectiveness of birth control pills?
Hello. I know that vitamin C lowers the level of contraceptive pills. I've been using the face serum with vitamin C 20% for a long time, does it also lower the level of the pills? And what about lemon or orange, which I practically put in every tea.

Nie, serum z witaminą C nie ma żadnego wpływu na tabletki antykoncepcyjne, bowiem działa tylko i wyłącznie na powierzchni skóry i nie wchłania się do przewodu pokarmowego, aby zaburzyć działanie tabletek.
Cytryna czy pomarańcza, które wrzuca Pani do herbaty nie zawierają 1000 mg witaminy C, aby móc wpłynąć na tabletki antykoncepcyjne:
