Is there pain in the first days after the insertion of the intrauterine system Kyleena Can it be a cause for concern?
Is it after inserting the insole kyleena Can there be pain in only one ovary? For the first 2 days, the pain was located in the middle of the uterus. Day 3 was completely painless. On the 4th day, however, I began to suffer from pain in my left ovary. It's not a constant pain, e.g. this morning it didn't hurt anything, but in the afternoon the ovarian pain started to bother me again... Is this normal?

Hello, I know this is a very long time ago post... however, I have EXACTLY the same situation as you and it worries me because even though this pain is not constant, it is tiring and it becomes weak in these contractions... Could you write what you ended up with? Is this really a fairly normal reaction of the body and normalized after some time, or was there something wrong and, for example, the IUD moved? W początkowym okresie stosowania wkładki Kyleena mogą się zdarzyć bóle brzucha bądź nieregularne krwawienia. Jeśli nie są one bardzo nasilone i nie trwają ciągle, nie ma powodów do niepokoju.
Organizm potrzebuje czasu aby przystosować się do zmian hormonalnych spowodowanych założeniem wkładki. Dodatkowo, fakt, iż dolegliwości bólowe są zlokalizowane w różnych miejscach nie wskazuje aby ich przyczyną mogło być zakażenie, perforacja macicy czy nieprawidłowe umiejscowienie wkładki.
