Substancją aktywną leku Acard jest kwas acetylosalicylowy, który w tym przypadku stosowany jest jako lek hamujący agregacje płytek krwi. W Polsce występuje w dawce 75 i 150 mg.
W Holandii leki zawierające kwas acetylosalicylowy, stosowane w celu hamowania agregacji płytek krwi, występują w dawce 80 mg i 160 mg. Preparat nazywa się Asaflow 80 mg. Podobnie, jak w Polsce, można tam kupić także Aspirin Cardio w dawce 100 mg.
Jeżeli zaś chodzi o Polpril, to substancją aktywną leku jest ramipryl, który jest inhibitorem konwertazy angiotensyny. Lek stosowany jest w leczeniu nadciśnienia. W Holandii występuje w postaci preparatów: Ramipril Apotex, Ramipril Aurobindo, Ramipril Accord, Ramipril Teva, Ramipril Sandoz, Ramipril Mylan, Ramipril Krka, Ramipril Bristol i inne.
