Is spotting normal when using the second Vibin blister?

Are spotting normal during the second blister? I am currently on the 14th tablet from the second pack of vines, unfortunately I got a small spotting. All tablets were taken max in an hour difference and none were missed. Is this a reason to worry, for example, about pregnancy (even if the intercourse was additionally with a condom)?
