Yes, you can combine both preparations, but there is usually no need to use several forms of folate at the same time.
Inofem already contains folic acid, and the additional addition of regular folic acid and methylated folate can simply lead to over-supplementation with no real benefit. In the case of MTHFR mutation, the active form, i.e. methylated folate, is more often preferred, because it bypasses the stage of enzymatic transformations. It would be wisest to choose one well-chosen preparation with the right dosage and consult a doctor, especially if Inofem is part of hormonal and metabolic treatment.
