I always take Sylvie 30 tablets around 9 p.m. Today is the 14th day of the cycle and I realized at 9:15 p.m. that I didn't take the pill yesterday, I felt sorry for it 4 days ago. I took two pills at once today, but is there a risk of pregnancy and additional contraception is needed for 7 days?

Skipping a tablet in week 2 of use:
"The patient, after remembering about the missed dose, should immediately take the last of the forgotten tablets, even if this means taking two tablets at the same time. The next tablets should be taken at the usual time. If the correct dosage is maintained within 7 days before the pill is missed, there is no need for additional contraceptives. If you miss more than 1 tablet, you should use an additional method of contraception for 7 days."
In accordance with the above, you do not have to use additional methods of protection or emergency contraception. Protection is maintained.
