Today at 6:20 p.m. I took kelzy pr contraception, I've been taking it since November of that year, I've never missed a pill. Today, for stomach pain, I took a single dose of gastric drops containing St. John's wort. Yesterday I had intercourse (without ejaculation inside), can I be pregnant because of this situation.

Ethanol St. John's wort extract, which is a component of gastric drops, contains hyperforin, which, by affecting liver enzymes, can - theoretically - disrupt the action of birth control pills. In practice, such an effect was observed after long-term administration of large doses of St. John's wort extract, significantly exceeding the amount contained in gastric drops. Given all the details in the description, I don't think there is any risk of getting pregnant. You can use an additional method of protection (condom) for the next week, although this is rather an extra precaution.
