Can you take a LekAm 5mg melatonin tablet and one dose of Santino melatonin spray?

Such a combination is possible, but usually not recommended.

Spray: Absorbs instantly through the oral mucosa (works almost immediately).
Tablet: It has to pass through the digestive system, which takes 30 to 60 minutes.

Combining them is theoretically aimed at falling asleep quickly and maintaining sleep, but 5 mg per tablet is enough to saturate the receptors in most people.

In the case of melatonin, "more" does not mean "better". Too high a dose may cause you to wake up in the morning with the so-called "melatonin hangover" (dementia, headache) or... You won't be able to fall asleep at all, because your body will react to the excess with confusion. Melatonin is not a sleeping pill in the classic sense, but a signaling hormone. It tells the brain that it is night, and does not "turn it off" by force.

If 5 mg per tablet doesn't work for you, it's probably not too low a dose, but sleep hygiene (e.g. a blue light from your phone before bed that blocks melatonin) or another cause of insomnia.
