Nolpase, Escitalopram and Trittico should only be used together if they have been prescribed by 1 doctor or the doctor knew about their use. Medications should be used as prescribed by your doctor, both in terms of the doses of medication used and the intervals between preparations.

The combined use of Escitalopram and Trittico increases the risk of the so-called serotonin syndrome, which we wrote about, for example, in the opinion:
