How do I change my use of the contraceptive Kelzy PR to Elliade?

I took kylze pills and I'm supposed to replace them with elliade. I still have 4 placebo tablets left from the kylze package. Should I choose them to the end and then change them?

When you change your contraceptive from Kelzy PR to Elliade, take all the active tablets of Kelzy PR and take the 1st active tablet of Elliade instead of the placebo pill the next day. Do not take Kelzy PR placebo tablets. Elliade should be taken at the same time as Kelzy PR.
