Caramlo and Nebivolol should only be used together if they have been prescribed by the same doctor or if the doctor knew about their use. Your doctor's recommendations should be strictly followed, both in terms of the recommended doses and the intervals between the preparations.

Otherwise, you should consult your doctor again.
