Is the use of the drug Microgynon Will ED affect a later planned pregnancy? Can I stain with the 1st pack of the drug Microgynon ED?

These tablets were prescribed after vacuum cleaning. I am planning a pregnancy 3 months further, will they harm the further course of pregnancy planning?
Now I have been drinking for 21 days, I had smearing red-brown and bright red discharge for almost 10 days, there is already one tablet left to white, the discharge is transparently oblong, is this the norm? Thank you for the answer

Microgynon ED is a hormonal contraceptive formulation containing 21 active tablets and 7 placebo tablets. When the preparation is used correctly, the risk of getting pregnant is negligible. The occurrence of spotting is normal and may occur during the first 3-6 months of using the preparation. This is the body's adaptation period to the use of the drug, and spotting is a side effect of the drug. In case the spotting does not subside at all or turns into intense bleeding, I encourage you to consult your doctor again.
