Storing the drug once in the described conditions for 4 hours should not affect the effect of the contraceptive pills (especially since the pills were additionally in the bag and that it was not a long period of time, and probably the car was heated for a certain period of time). If you have not noticed any changes in the appearance of the tablets, there is no reason to worry.
According to the manufacturer's information: "Do not store above 30°C. Store in the original packaging in order to protect from light and moisture."
