Can I use Escitalopram and Cipronex at the same time?

Hello, I'm taking escitalopram bluefis 20mg on a permanent basis, today I got the antibiotic ciprpnex for cystitis, haematuria. Can I combine the two drugs ??? Taking a 2h interval for example?

No significant pharmacological interactions have been observed between Cipronex and Escitalopram, but both medicines may affect the change in heart rhythm (QT prolongation). Patients who suffer from arrhythmia or cardiac ailments should consult such a list of drugs with a cardiologist. If you do not experience cardiovascular problems, you can use both drugs at the same time. If you feel worse, you should see a doctor.
