I came to Polish and I need a prescription for Pregabalin - which doctor should I go to?

Good afternoon.I have been taking pregabalin 300mg in the morning and 150mg in the evening for 10 years.A month ago I came to Poland,I ran out of pills,it is impossible to buy without a prescription.Which doctor should I go to,because I am already worried not only about pain,but also the withdrawal syndrome has begun,and I have to go to work on Monday?
