Of the drugs listed, the simultaneous use of Tranxene and Trittico may cause an increase in the effects of the drugs, while the doctor may deliberately recommend such a combination to achieve a better therapeutic effect.
Theoretically, the combination of Trittico and Metronidazole may increase the risk of side effects such as dizziness or a drop in blood pressure. However, this interaction was not found to be statistically significant.
Therefore, you can use the listed drugs keeping in mind the doctor's recommendations regarding dosage (especially Clindamycin and Metronidazole - the drugs should be taken at fixed times). Alcohol should not be consumed during the treatment.
