Storing the tablets for 1 hour in the described conditions did not affect their effectiveness, especially since the backpack and scarf inside isolated them from direct heat supply. Short-term higher temperatures should not affect their effectiveness. If the tablets have not changed their appearance (i.e. they have not been damaged or discoloured), you can safely use them.
According to the manufacturer's information, the drug should be stored below 30°C.
