Good morning I have galvenox 0.5 and diclac duo 75 one in the morning and one in the evening and neoparin forte 0.12g/0.8 ML=12000J. M INJ once a day

Yes, the symptoms described may be mainly due to the effects of Diclac Duo (diclofenac), which often causes irritation of the gastrointestinal tract, including abdominal pain and diarrhea. Galvenox (sulodexide) can also occasionally aggravate intestinal complaints. Neoparin (low molecular weight heparin) rarely gives such symptoms.
Do not stop taking any medication on your own – contact your doctor as soon as possible to evaluate your treatment and any change or gastric cover. In the meantime, it is worth avoiding alcohol and NSAIDs. Any modifications in therapy, including discontinuation of the drug, should be made after consultation with the attending physician who is familiar with your health condition in detail:
