Hello, yesterday, about 4 and a half or 5 hours after taking the Elin contraceptive pill, I had a backflow of food into my throat, which I managed to swallow again. I had a slight taste of vomit in my mouth for a while, but there was no excretion of food contents. I wanted to ask if this situation has an impact on the pill I swallowed earlier?

This situation will not affect the effectiveness of the contraceptive pill. Frequent return of food content into the esophagus is an indication to consult a gastrologist.
