You don't have to worry – if you change the time, all you have to do is continue to take the pills at the same time according to the new time, i.e. at 8:00 p.m. winter time.
A one-hour difference does not affect the effectiveness of hormonal contraception, especially in the case of a preparation such as Slinda, which has a larger tolerance window (up to 24 hours). Just continue taking the pills every day at the same time according to the current time.
