Hello, if I put on Polaring after a 2-day break instead of a 7-day break, will it be the same? He just wants to change or avoid withdrawal bleeding. I will point out that a month ago I normally assembled the disc after a 7-day break, but two months ago, I skipped the break in use. Will the effectiveness be the same all the time or is it not possible to combine too much anyway?

Shortening the interval between Polaring discs to 2 days instead of 7 days may reduce the risk of withdrawal bleeding, however, the effectiveness of contraception should remain high.
It is important not to exceed the permissible intervals and not to be without a puck for more than 7 days. Skipping a break in the previous cycle should not negatively affect efficacy, provided it is used correctly. If you are planning changes to your regimen, it is worth consulting them with your doctor to avoid the risk of reducing contraceptive protection.
