Yes, Symdieno (containing dienogest, used, for m.in, in endometriosis) and Acard (acetylsalicylic acid, an anticoagulant) ) can be used at the same time – there are no significant interactions between them.

However, it is worth remembering that acetylsalicylic acid may slightly increase the risk of stomach irritation or bleeding, so it is good to take it after a meal. If you use these drugs long-term, tell your doctor about all the preparations you are taking in order to choose the therapy individually and control possible side effects.
