I have a question about the weeks I am on reducing the dose of duloxtetin 90mg to 60mg, and 3 days ago I finished the treatment with the antibiotic amoxlikav 7 days because I have a bacterial infection in my bladder and for the last 6 days I have been taking mel forte for back pain, for 2 days there have been such an effect when I get up in the morning I have severe dizziness and such spinning plus nausea later when I am already walking it is ok which of these drugs closer can cause such an effect?

These symptoms are most likely related to the reduction of the duloxetine dose. They usually disappear within 2 weeks of setting the target dose – in your case, the dose of 60 mg.
If symptoms persist after 2 weeks on 60 mg, you should consult your doctor.
Side effects observed should be reported to the doctor, who will decide on further treatment.
