As the dose increases, the risk of side effects increases . The symptoms you mentioned - abdominal pain, diarrhoea, increased sweating and dizziness - are listed as frequently observed complaints, occurring in ≥1/100 to <1/10 patients. These symptoms should disappear over time, the body must get used to the different dosage of the drug. However, if they are severe, I encourage you to consult a doctor and report the ailments.
