Can I leave the placebo this month and go straight to active if I did the same in the previous month? Or is it too often? (Axia Conti tablets). I didn't have any spotting during the second pack.

Yes, you can also combine packaging this month. However, next year I encourage you to use placebo pills as well. This is not expected to affect the effectiveness of your hormonal contraception with Axia Conti. We wrote about how to use contraception properly in the article:

I would like to make sure that I have understood correctly: I can leave the placebo again (the placebo should be Saturday-Sunday-Monday-Tuesday), start a new package (take the active one from the new package on Saturday; I will finish this package in mid-May), the protection will be maintained. In May, it is better to take a placebo; After four placebo tablets, normally take the active one from the next blister and all protection will be maintained and you can have normal intercourse

Yes, you can skip the placebo pill and start another pack of active pills right away, which should not reduce the effectiveness of contraception. However, this should not last longer than 3 cycles. It may also cause spotting or mid-cycle bleeding.
If you have doubts about this situation, it is always worth consulting a doctor who can provide more personalized advice. If you are not able to make a face-to-face visit, I attach a link to the online teleconsultation:
