Can I leave the placebo this month and go straight to active if I did the same in the previous month? Or is it too often? (Axia Conti tablets). I didn't have any spotting during the second pack.

Yes, you can also combine packaging this month. However, next year I encourage you to use placebo pills as well. This is not expected to affect the effectiveness of your hormonal contraception with Axia Conti. We wrote about how to use contraception properly in the article:

Yes, you can skip the placebo pill and start another pack of active pills right away, which should not reduce the effectiveness of contraception. However, this should not last longer than 3 cycles. It may also cause spotting or mid-cycle bleeding.
