By including lavetricetam 250 mg so far, can I have relapses?

Yes, the usual starting dose of levetiracetam (levetiracetam) is 250 mg twice a day, but the therapeutic dose is usually 500 mg twice a day (for a total of 1000 mg a day).
In some cases, your doctor may gradually increase your dose based on the effectiveness of your treatment and tolerability, up to a maximum dose of 3000 mg per day (1500 mg twice a day).
A dose of 250 is the initial dose, usually a dose of 500 mg is a therapeutic dose.??

Yes, lavericetam (levetiracetam) is usually a well-tolerated antiepileptic medicine.
Rather is lavericetam a well-tolerated drug?

Yes, after 6 days it is definitely too early to judge whether Levetiracem is effective.
So after 6 days there may be no effect because it's only 250 mg and I have it at 500

The effectiveness of levericetam therapy can be evaluated no earlier than after two weeks.
When I feel the full effect of lavericetam, I take a dose of 250 for 6 days

If you suspect an allergy to levetiracetam, you should also consult your doctor to discuss further course of action.
As for lamotrigine – its effectiveness may vary from patient to patient and may also depend on the dose and duration of use. If it does not work well enough, it may be necessary to modify it or choose a different antiepileptic drug. Do not change your dose or stop taking your medication without consulting your doctor.
I think I'm allergic to lavericetam... If lamotrigine doesn't work well, what in such a situation... Can Lamotrigine Not Work?

If you are pregnant and taking lamotrigine (Lamotrigine) or levetiracetam (Levetiracetam), it is important to consult with your neurologist or gynecologist before any change in medication. The choice of medication depends on the individual needs of the patient and should be consulted with a doctor.
Carbamazepine can be used during pregnancy, but it has a slightly higher risk of birth defects than lamotrigine.
It seems to me that after the drug there is some substitute for pregnancy instead of lamotrigine and lavericetam??

Yes, a rash can also occur after vitamin B6. However, this is the case with long-term use of high doses. Symptoms of excess vitamin m.in skin lesions, tingling, numbness of the limbs or hypersensitivity to light. If you have noticed a rash, it is worth stopping vitamin B6 and consulting a doctor to assess its cause and possibly perform additional tests.
I took r9walso wit b twice a day unless the rash can get after vit b6??

Rash and dizziness are a common side effect that can occur with levetiracetam (≥1/100 to <1/10 patients taking levetiracetam experience this).
If you experience any side effects while using the drug, report them to your doctor - you can read about why you should report side effects here:

Lavericetam (levetiracetam) may cause mood changes including irritability and tearfulness when first used. In addition, gradual withdrawal from Lamilept (lamotrigine) can affect mood. The effectiveness of the therapy can be assessed no earlier than after two weeks.
Any modifications in therapy, including discontinuation of the drug, should be introduced after consultation with the attending physician who is familiar with your health condition in detail. We wrote more about it here:

An improvement in well-being can occur at different times, depending on the individual response of the body. Typically, the initial dose is used for two weeks, after which it may be increased to the therapeutic dose if necessary and well tolerated by the patient. In some cases, the effects of treatment may be noticeable after just a few days, but it may take several weeks for the drug to take full effect.
When I feel better after lavetiracetam I take 250 mg the first day...?
What to do if lamotrigine is only recommended during pregnancy and lamotrigine no longer works for me... And the drug lavetiracetam disturbs the mood that manifests itself in me...
Why after lamitrin on the 2nd day of the dswka I feel worse and worse and cry all the time I have dark thoughts and I feel depressive symptoms I don't have the strength to do anything I feel that this drug intensifies the symptoms ... 2 days I'm on a dose of 150 for this.headache...
That's the thing, that I don't see the effect of the treatment, getting up in the morning I already have symptoms and dizziness returns, and I would like to be pregnant and I'm worried if there is any alternative drug, because I think lamotrigine has stopped working for me. Are you worried that się.co could be safe and that I would also feel good... concentration of only 2.8 the drug is replaced.after lamitrin I have dizziness.headaches and other symptoms... I've been taking Lamitrin for two days...

No, not only lamotrigine can be used during pregnancy, although it is indeed one of the most commonly recommended antiepileptic drugs (antiepileptics) due to the best safety profile for the fetus.
If lamotrigine is not working effectively, there are other options, although each decision should be carefully discussed with the neurologist and gynaecologist in charge of the pregnancy. Antiepileptic drugs that are relatively safe during pregnancy are, m.in:
Levetiracetam (Keppra) – also increasingly recognized as relatively safe, has a low rate of malformations, although it is less studied than lamotrigine.
Carbamazepine (Tegretol) – has a moderate risk (e.g., spina bifida), but may be considered if other options are ineffective.
Is only lamotrigine safe to take in pregnancy if lamotrigine treatment has no treatment effects? Are there any other medications that you can take during pregnancy...?

If you have not seen any improvement while using Lamilept, it is highly likely that switching to the same drug from another manufacturer will not have the desired effect either. This is most likely the case with you.
The symptoms you write about are non-specific, they may indicate, for example, intolerance to the auxiliary ingredients contained in the tablet.
Most likely, it will be necessary to change the method of treatment – after consulting a doctor.
Why when I take lamitrin I feel hot and I feel faint
...
I was on a dose of 100 mg for 3 years, but after discontinuation I got to a dose of 150 and there was still no difference
....
I was on lamilept for a year and unfortunately the drug didn't work at all.... And I was going to switch to lamitroni.

If there was no break between the change from Lamilept 150 mg to Lamitrin 150 mg, such a change should not make a difference to the body.
You may be allergic to one of the excipients in Lamitrin. In this case, your doctor may decide to return to Lamilept - if you have a prescription for Lamitrin, your pharmacist may dispense Lamilept as an alternative.
I was on a dose of 150 mg of lamimipten and the doctor said to switch to 150 lamitrin right away that it was the same ingredient

The manufacturer recommends gradually increasing the dose of the drug from 25 mg to the target dose of 100-200 mg/day, increasing the dose of the drug usually takes 4 weeks.
You should consult a doctor as soon as possible and inform them of the observed side effect – on this basis, the specialist will most likely decide to change the dosage of the drug.
According to the manufacturer:
"In the case of re-initiation of lamotrigine therapy in patients who have discontinued lamotrigine for any reason, the need for a gradual dose escalation to the maintenance dose should be assessed, as the risk of severe rash is associated with the use of high initial doses and too rapid increase in doses compared to the recommended schedule during the introduction period. The longer the interval from the last dose, the more attention should be paid to
titrate dose escalation to maintenance dose. If the time since discontinuation of lamotrigine is longer than five times the half-life, an appropriate dose escalation regimen for Lamitrin to the maintenance dose should be used."
The usual recommended dosage for Lamitrin is 25 mg for the first 2 weeks of treatment, then 50 mg for the next 2 weeks, and after this time the target dose is set between 100 mg and 200 mg per day.
Side effects observed should be reported to the doctor, who will decide on further treatment. We write about why adverse drug reactions should be reported here:
