I have been taking Zoely for 3 years, on Monday I took the nineteenth pill regularly and had intercourse. On Tuesday, I forgot the twentieth and I only realized it on Wednesday night by taking both (20 and 21). Can Monday's report be considered protected?

Information in the summary of product characteristics:
"If less than 12 hours have elapsed since the planned intake of the active substance tablet, the effectiveness of contraceptive protection is not reduced. Take the forgotten tablet as soon as possible and take the next doses at the usual time.
If more than 12 hours have elapsed since the planned intake of the active substance tablet, the effectiveness of contraceptive protection may be reduced."
You missed a tablet in week 3 and took two tablets at once the next day, so the following procedure applies (no additional precaution is needed if you have taken the previous tablets correctly):
"You should take the missed pill as soon as possible, even if it means taking two tablets at the same time. Subsequent tablets containing the active substances should be taken at the usual time until they are used. 4 placebo tablets in the last row should be discarded. You should start taking the tablets from the next blister right away. Withdrawal bleeding may not occur until after you have finished taking the tablets containing the active ingredients from the second pack, however, spotting or bleeding in the middle of the cycle may occur while taking the tablets."
