If the pills are taken regularly, according to the manufacturer's instructions, the contraceptive effect is maintained, even if bleeding persists. For the first 3-4 months after you start taking the pills, you may observe side effects such as irregular bleeding and spotting in the middle of the cycle. The problem should go away on its own. If the situation does not change or the bleeding intensifies, you should see a gynecologist.
