Yes, Slinda is effective in preventing pregnancy. During the first 3-4 months, it is normal for bleeding to be scarce, irregular, or non-existent. It is also normal for them to often appear in the middle of the cycle. If mid-cycle bleeding continues to occur despite the passage of 4 months, then I recommend visiting a gynecologist.
