Can the use of Fevarin or Anafranil affect the result of a drug test?
Hello, is there a risk that the use of Fevarin or Anafranil could affect the result of a possible drug test by generating a false positive? I ask why I am subject to such checks at work. Thank you.

Fevarin and Anafranil are antidepressants that act on neurotransmitters in the brain. Although they affect the serotonergic system and have different mechanisms of action, they are not usually associated with false-positive drug test results.
However, false-positive drug test results can occur for a variety of reasons, such as the structural similarity of drugs to narcotic substances, contamination of samples, or imprecise testing methods.
