Yes, these drugs can be combined with each other. There are no clinically relevant interactions between them.
It should be borne in mind that such a combination increases the risk of hypotension symptoms, such as drowsiness, impaired concentration, headache. If you notice these (or other) worrying symptoms, you should consult your doctor.
