Hello! I have trouble swallowing pills, even the smallest ones I swallow with great difficulty. Now, according to the doctor's prescription, I take COC "Jess", but I literally keep it in my mouth for a short time with a small amount of water, it makes it melt a little and then I calmly swallow it. Is it possible to do this or then the effect of the pill disappears?
