Am I protected after switching from Vines to Drovelis and is there no reason to worry? Once I have finished the pack of Vines tablets, I am supposed to start taking the Drovelis pills. Should I take extra care at the beginning of taking the pills? How do I understand/notice that these pills don't suit me either?

New tablets (Drovelis) should be started according to the procedure described below - then the contraceptive effectiveness of the preparation will be maintained and there is no need to use additional contraceptive methods:
"It is recommended that you start taking Drovelis on the first day after taking the last tablet containing the active substances of the previous combined oral contraceptive and at the latest on the first day after the usual pill stop or after a period of placebo tablets as part of the previous combined oral contraceptive."
If you notice a deterioration in your mood (e.g. depressive moods, libido disorders) while taking new pills or side effects that you have not observed before (e.g. irregular bleeding, weight gain, skin disorders), you should consult a gynaecologist, as these may be symptoms of a "mismatch" of the pills. Spotting may occur for the first two cycles - this is normal after changing contraception and should go away on its own.
If you have any doubts, I encourage you to take advantage of a teleconsultation with a gynaecologist - the service is available on our website in the e-visit tab:
