Good morning.
We need help. My boyfriend stopped pragiol after two months of treatment (due to feeling unwell). He has not been taking the drug for two weeks and has started complaining of a lack of desire for sex. Please tell us how long it can last? How long does it take to stop craving 75? Greetings.

Decreased libido is not one of the withdrawal symptoms of pregabalin (the active ingredient in Pragiola). The following symptoms have been reported: insomnia, headache, nausea, anxiety, diarrhoea, flu-like symptoms, nervousness, depression, pain, seizures, hyperhidrosis and dizziness. These symptoms usually occur shortly after discontinuation of the drug and resolve spontaneously within 2-3 weeks.

Perhaps, in this case, the decrease in libido is associated with a recurrence of anxiety disorders and the resulting increased stress (in the case where the drug was used to treat anxiety disorders). You should consult your doctor, who will conduct a thorough interview and may be able to pinpoint the cause of the problem. Consultation with a doctor is also advisable in order to choose an alternative treatment for Pragiola.
