Can Arilental be used in combination (arypiprazol) and Trittico?

Is it possible to take Arilental in the morning and in the evening Trittico??,because side effects have appeared - legs suffer

Arilental is a drug with aripiprazole that is not registered in Poland. Do not take aripiprazole plus Trittico together unless your doctor tells you otherwise. The combined use of drugs may increase the risk of side effects, such as drowsiness and impaired concentration.

The Apra mentioned in the opinion is equivalent to Arilental.
