Hello
I've been taking slinda pills for 3 years, I take them 5 minutes after midnight. Unfortunately, today I had a case where I don't remember what time I fell asleep (at 11:30 p.m. I was still doing something, so it must have been a moment later). I took the pill, but I don't remember if it was the exact time (this moment after midnight) or just before midnight.
Or as I took, let's put this pill at 11 p.m.; 50, will it affect the effectiveness?

A fixed time of taking contraceptive pills such as Slinda is crucial for their effectiveness, but such a small change – a dozen or so minutes – will not have a real impact on the effectiveness of contraception.
If, despite everything, you are not sure about this situation, it is always a good idea to consult a doctor who can give you more personalized advice. If you do not have the opportunity to take advantage of the advice, I am attaching a link to the online teleconsultation:

The GdziePoLek.pl service also allows you to book Slinda at a selected stationary pharmacy and collect it upon presentation of your prescription:
