No. Helicid 20 is a capsule containing omeprazole, which inhibits the secretion of hydrochloric acid in the stomach and prevents damage to the mucous membrane. It is used in the treatment of peptic ulcer disease, eradication of Helicobacter pylori, and the treatment of heartburn and gastroesophageal reflux disease. The preparation is prescribed as a protective drug during the use of analgesics so that irritation of the gastric mucosa does not occur.
