Are there any dose ratios of duloxetine taken with pregabalin? If pregabalin inhibits the release of norepinephrine and duloxetine inhibits reuptake, don't they act in opposition to norepinephrine?

The dosage of duloxetine and pregabalin medicines is determined by the treating physician on the basis of, for example, the patient's medical history. Your doctor should determine how to use your medicines, both in terms of the prescribed doses and the intervals between them.

Duloxetine increases the concentration of, m.in, norepinephrine in various areas of the brain. Pregabalin, on the other hand, lowers the m.in concentration of norepinephrine in various areas. It is not determined whether the drugs affect the same areas.
