Are there any dose ratios of duloxetine taken with pregabalin? If pregabalin inhibits the release of norepinephrine and duloxetine inhibits reuptake, don't they act in opposition to norepinephrine?

The dosage of duloxetine and pregabalin medicines is determined by the treating physician on the basis of, for example, the patient's medical history. Your doctor should determine how to use your medicines, both in terms of the prescribed doses and the intervals between them.
If you have any doubts about the recommendations obtained, I encourage you to consult your doctor again. You can also take advantage of a teleconsultation via e.g. the Gdziepolek.pl portal:

I encourage you to read the additional opinion on combining preparations with duloxetine and pregabalin:
Duloxetine increases the concentration of, m.in, norepinephrine in various areas of the brain. Pregabalin, on the other hand, lowers the m.in concentration of norepinephrine in various areas. It is not determined whether the drugs affect the same areas.
We wrote more about the mechanism of action of pregabalin in the opinion:
When the doctor decided to combine drugs in this way, he or she relied on the patient's medical history and clinical experience, m.in.
We wrote about whether drugs can be combined with each other in the article:
