Your doctor will work you out the dose of Dexaven (dexamethasone) based on your indication, your condition and how you respond to the medicine.
The use of other additional analgesics, i.e. Doreta, is possible only if the attending physician has given permission and established a dosage schedule. If medicines have been prescribed by different doctors, it is necessary to consult with them to determine whether these medicines can be used at the same time.
There are interactions between Olfen (diclofenac) and Doreta (tramadol, paracetamol). Their concomitant use increases the risk of seizures. There is also an increased risk of kidney problems. The time it takes for the blood to clot may also increase. Only a doctor can determine a safe therapy.
