When switching from Dulsevia to Escitalopram, can I take them at the same time for 5 days?

After 2 months of taking Dulsevia 60mg, I was advised to switch to Escitalopram Actavis 10mg.
The doctor talked about reducing the dose of dulsevia to 30mg for 5 days and taking half of Escitalopram 5mg for 5 days too. Can I take Dulsevia 30mg and Escitalopram 5mg at the same time, or should I wait until I stop taking Dulsevia? Thank you!

Switching should be carried out according to the instructions of your doctor. These drugs, taken at the same time according to the recommended dosage, will not pose a threat to the safety of the therapy.
