Urination disorders (both urinary incontinence and urinary retention) are listed in the summary of product characteristics of Trittico as a possible side effect of treatment. If you notice any of these side effects while taking this medicine, see your doctor immediately to assess whether you can continue your treatment. I also suggest a urine test, which will assess whether the problem is not exacerbated, e.g. as a result of a urinary tract infection.
