Can insomnia be caused by quitting smoking and using Niquitin patches?
Hello, with the new year I decided to quit smoking. I've been smoking for about 6/7 years. I've been on niquitin (grade 1) for two days now. And I haven't smoked for two days, but I haven't slept either. I sleep 3 hours a day. Could it be that these are side effects of the patches? However, do the symptoms of quitting smoking. How much longer can such insomnia last? I'll admit that I'm exhausted, I want to sleep, but I can't. What to do in such a situation?
