Tremors, muscle cramps and musculoskeletal pain are common side effects of Duloxetine and affect up to 1 in 10 people. Side effects usually occur in the first weeks of treatment and resolve spontaneously over time. If you are too uncomfortable and unable to function normally, consult your doctor.
