Is it about using two consecutive packs of Yasminelle without a bleeding break? In general, this behavior is acceptable if you want to prevent withdrawal bleeding, but it is not recommended to skip the bleeding break too often. In this case, a situation may arise in which spotting will occur during the use of active tablets.
According to the SmPC:

Each subsequent pack should be started after a 7-day break, during which withdrawal bleeding usually occurs. Bleeding usually starts 2 to 3 days after taking the last tablet and may continue after the start of the next pack.
