I've been taking Pregabalin for some time, in the beginning I had no side effects other than lightheadedness, but that didn't last long. But now I have noticed that I have got skin problems such as redness on the face and eczema, I also have flatulence and have to fart permanently, which is embarrassing in many situations

Pregabalin does not irritate the stomach, so there is no need to use protective drugs as standard. In the event of stomach discomfort, it is worth consulting a doctor to assess the situation and possibly adjust the therapy.

If you have a sensitive stomach or are taking other medications such as NSAIDs, you may want to consider proton pump inhibitors (e.g. omeprazole) or antacids such as Alugastrin, Manti, Gaviscon and Ranigast, e.g.:
