Hello, I have a very big problem with prescribing this drug, it's about deretin 75 mg, I'm allergic to ketoprofen but my doctor doesn't understand it, I'm after a habitual I don't know what to call it but kneecap prolapse, patella at least one of them is to be replaced, for now I'm not going to surgery because I have small children at home. The pain is terrible, the knees are swollen and the orthopedist is in a terrible queue, what should I do in such a situation.

Doreta is a combination medicine that contains two analgesic substances: paracetamol and tramadol. It does not contain ketoprofen or any other anti-inflammatory ingredient. Doreta should not be taken long-term as it can cause habituation and withdrawal problems. You can use other painkillers that do not contain ketoprofen - your doctor will certainly be able to prescribe an appropriate preparation. Among the over-the-counter medications, I can recommend:

Cool compresses and topical anti-inflammatory preparations (gels, sprays) can be applied to swollen areas, e.g. Dip Rilif, which also has cooling properties:

On our website, you can check the availability of preparations and place an order with collection at the pharmacy or home delivery. It is worth checking out the fast city delivery option: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/koszyk/szybka-dostawa?src=baner
