This month I switched from Microgynum21 to Slinda. I started taking Slinda without taking a 7-day break. On the third day of the first week of taking Slinda, I had intercourse, three days later I took the pill at the right time, but 2.5 hours later I vomited and then took another tablet from the blister. Are you a possibility of pregnancy. I'm now missing one active tablet, should I refill it from a new blister or shorten my cycle?

If you vomit within 2 hours of taking the tablet, you may be at risk of losing the effectiveness of your contraception. It is recommended that you take another tablet from the same pack if possible. So you did the right thing by taking another pill.
In case you are missing one active tablet, you can shorten the cycle. You can also refill the tablet from another spare blister. Doing so will provide permanent protection against pregnancy.
